Manuela, worried, goes to the hospital to find out how María is doing and try to cheer her up. Digna, worried about María's accident, asks Don Pedro to postpone their honeymoon. Despite Marta and Begoña's support, Andrés feels responsible for María's accident. Manuela tries to prevent Raúl, in an impulsive act of love, from going to see María at the hospital. Marta tries to defend her brother against María, who leaves open the possibility of suing Andrés. Don Pedro, frustrated by the cancellation of the trip, resignedly returns to work.
