Panoramica
The choice of Rosa not to marry Carmine and his return in IPM creates bewilderment and disappointment. For Rosa it was not a simple decision and the only one who seems to understand is Carmela. At the IPM come three new prisoners: Samuele and Federico, from the North, and Simone, from the Neapolitan province. The commander makes a meeting that arouses his curiosity.

The Institute of Juvenile Penalty of Naples is overlooking the sea and hosts seventy inmates: 50 males and 20 females. When they come in, the kids are always under 18 and they do it because they "made a mistake". This series tells their stories.
