Overzicht
During the team meeting, Jacob accuses nurse Trui of negligence. Ella is stunned to hear that Milad, her rock, is leaving for a private clinic. Intern Willem is finally allowed to assist with a delivery, but Louise ends up sending him out of the room. A confrontation is inevitable.

Ella has no husband, no children and no private life, but runs the best maternity ward in the Netherlands. It seems to be enough for her, because Ella loves her job dearly.
