Damián summons Pontón, ready to accuse Don Pedro, but the sergeant reveals that it was a woman who called accusing Begoña. Luz tries to calm Begoña, who fears for her future. Damián reveals to Marta and Andrés what he knows about the call that incriminated Begoña. Don Pedro tries to convince Digna not to turn herself in to the Civil Guard. Damián tries to convince Luis to hire Cristina. As a result of Pontón's investigation, Digna has doubts about celebrating her wedding, but hides the real reasons from Joaquín and Gema. Pontón's investigation makes Pelayo reconsider living in Madrid. Manuela discovers that Raúl and María have broken up. Andrés, furious, confronts María for accusing Begoña.
