This privacy notice explains how EpisodeClock handles information when you use EpisodeClock.com. We do not offer user accounts and do not build user profiles.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps and error records. This is used to deliver, secure and diagnose the service and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and provider settings.

Saved shows are stored on your device under the localStorage key episodeclock:favorites. Your timezone is detected by your browser to calculate local dates and times. EpisodeClock does not send favorites or the detected timezone to create a user profile.

Public schedule and catalogue content from TVMaze is stored and served through our data infrastructure, including Supabase. Google Gemini may translate public show text in our backend; visitor personal data is not intentionally submitted for translation. External links, including TVMaze, are governed by their own privacy notices.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, handle privacy enquiries and investigate data corrections, and retain it only as needed for the correspondence and legitimate records.

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security, reliability and responding to enquiries, or consent for optional technologies. Advertising and non-essential analytics are currently disabled and will not be activated for relevant visitors without an appropriate consent mechanism.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. We may update this notice when the service or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
