Overview
Vitya settled down in the North. Now he is the best farmer in the Arctic and the owner of a business development grant. It is going to expand and build a tourist town next to the Polar One. Vitya is also preparing to propose to Polina. At the same time, a crisis manager from Moscow, Raisa Borisovna, arrives in the city. She also has big plans for the Polar, but of a completely different nature – by order from above, the largest landfill in Europe should grow next to the city. But here's the problem – it is in this place that Vitya's farm is located.
About the show
The bandit Vitya Myasnik, known in the mid-90s, who retired long ago and owns an eco-farm, at the request of a former accomplice, agreed to store the thieves' community's money in his offshore bank account. When it came time to return the money, due to circumstances, Vitya forgot the password to the account. Realizing that no one will believe him, he runs away and accidentally ends up in the city of Polyarny, located in the North.
