Overview
Nemolyaev goes into an uncontrollable binge. The entire police department is sent to search for him. Unfortunately, it was on this day that Albert, Raisa's boss, decided to visit Polyarny. Tolya and Kolya, in collusion with a midget artist, commit a daring abduction from a traveling circus. About the show
The bandit Vitya Myasnik, known in the mid-90s, who retired long ago and owns an eco-farm, at the request of a former accomplice, agreed to store the thieves' community's money in his offshore bank account. When it came time to return the money, due to circumstances, Vitya forgot the password to the account. Realizing that no one will believe him, he runs away and accidentally ends up in the city of Polyarny, located in the North.
