Overview
The grand opening of a Chinese automobile plant is planned in Polyarnoye. Victor plans to spend this day alone with Polina to celebrate her birthday. However, an unexpected guest is waiting for him at home. Meanwhile, Tolya and Kolya have decided to hold an advertising campaign: they are going to fly over the territory of the plant on a delta plane.
About the show
The bandit Vitya Myasnik, known in the mid-90s, who retired long ago and owns an eco-farm, at the request of a former accomplice, agreed to store the thieves' community's money in his offshore bank account. When it came time to return the money, due to circumstances, Vitya forgot the password to the account. Realizing that no one will believe him, he runs away and accidentally ends up in the city of Polyarny, located in the North.
