Overview
The "Polar deer" are coming together again to deal the "Black Dragon" a fatal blow. Chinese Li revealed to Vita the last part of the scheme - how exactly the "Black Dragon" distributes its goods. The plan to eliminate the group is simple and reliable: Arthur must impersonate a drug dealer, meet with Xiangzhu and record the deal using a spy camera. What could possibly go wrong?
About the show
The bandit Vitya Myasnik, known in the mid-90s, who retired long ago and owns an eco-farm, at the request of a former accomplice, agreed to store the thieves' community's money in his offshore bank account. When it came time to return the money, due to circumstances, Vitya forgot the password to the account. Realizing that no one will believe him, he runs away and accidentally ends up in the city of Polyarny, located in the North.
