Overview
Gema shares her suspicions about Don Agustín with Joaquín: they must consider alternative avenues for adoption. Marta, after learning who the new occupational safety specialist really is, tries to vent to Pelayo, but his reaction isn't what she expected. Pelayo, worried about what Ruiz did to Marta and Fina, wants Damián to assure him that the detective won't pose a threat to him. Irene learns of Joaquín and Gema's adoption plans. Herrera makes an important confession to Irene. Digna finds more and more reasons to say "I do" to Don Pedro. María learns that Luz prevented her from being prosecuted for what happened at the foster home, and wants to thank her. Andrés apologizes to Marta for allowing her father to hire Ruiz. Damián laments to Manuela: he feels increasingly alone.
