Overview
While Sayuki is away, a inspector who calls himself Sayuki's rival, Makoto Raionji, arrives at the KSCT headquarters! News of a mysterious bamboo shoot kaiju appearance sends Sorato and the others out to investigate. However, the overbearing Raionji rejects all of their opinions...
